Description Technical Specs
The Vampire is built using Armasight's new, proprietary CORE (Ceramic Optical Ruggedized Engine) image tube, which includes double the resolution of Gen 1 devices. This provides flatter, clearer Night Vision images. The CORE™ platform offers ‘best in class’ resolution with 60-70 lp/mm, and increased photocathode sensitivity levels of upwards of 400μA/lm, providing image quality that rivals that of high-end Gen 2 image tubes, even in challenging ambient light conditions.

The body of the unit is made from solid aluminum, and is O-ring sealed and rubber coated for further protection. Like all Armasight scopes, the Vampire is nitrogen-treated and comes complete with batteries, a soft carrying case, a user manual, and all necessary hardware for solid mounting to a standard 7/8” Picatinny or Weaver-style rail. Also includes your choice of the High Tech Red Neck T-20 IR illuminator in 850nm wavelength (3 Mode) or the Infinity.

The Vampire has multicoated all-glass lenses and a manually adjustable fine reticle that makes precise shot placement incredibly easy. This Night Vision riflescope is also water, dust, and sand-proof for increased reliability. Complete with tactical rails for lasers or IR illuminators, the Armasight Vampire is ideal for the game hunter, tactical marksmen, or anyone looking for a compact, sturdy, lightweight Night Vision rifles cope.

Very impressed!! December 21, 2015
Reviewer: Jeremiah from SE, Iowa
I have always wanted a NV scope. The price of a good unit was always the stalling point. That was until I found out about the Vampire. To put this in the gen 1 category is wrong. I live in Iowa and we cannot use IR lights. If their is snow on the ground, or a quarter moon or more I don't think twice about going calling.
With optimal conditions (3/4 moon and snow on the ground) I could identify a coyote that had hung up on us at 400 yards against a tree line. Now without any moon and just stars I just cant quite see well enough to go out. With clouds it is just hit and miss, too many variables to talk about.
It has also held zero well for me. I have to take the scope off to case my rifle when traveling between stands.
Over all I am very happy with the vampire, its affordable, clear, and works.
Definitely a game changer for me!
